Infrared light is invisible to the naked eye and the body perceives it as heat. It heats the body directly without warming the air, making the heat more tolerable.

Infrared saunas are safe for most people. If you have certain health conditions, it may be advised not to use a sauna.

Negative effects may include dehydration, heat fatigue or light headedness

A dome allows you to receive 360 degrees of even heat (while your head is outside). The sessions are shorter and the temperature is lower than a cabin sauna.

Hydration is of the upmost important. Don't eat one hour before session and hydrate.

Each sesion last 20 minutes with a 10 min cool down

Ideally 60 minutes of sauna time per week. This should be broken up into 3-4 times per week.

Dry Salt Therapy is a non-invasive all-natural treatment with no potential health risk. Because the salt is being inhaled and not digested it is safe even for individuals who are salt sensitive. If you have any concerns, please speak to your healthcare provider.

Dry Salt Therapy preformed in a booth typical last 15 - 20 minutes. These sessions are shorter than a cave or room simply because of the size.

This treatment is completely natural with no harmful side effects. Possible side effects are slight cough, runny nose or a mild tickle in the throat. These are good indications that the salt therapy is actually working.

Salt Therapy is safe to do daily. So, the number varies and depends on your individual needs. For allergies you may need to come more often or perhaps you want to add Dry Salt therapy to your overall wellness routine.

Comfortable clothes that you can relax in should be worn. A wrap or towel will be provided if a massage session will follow. This is to allow salt particles to land on the skin which will be massaged into the skin for added benefit.

Same-day cancellations/ rescheduling received before 8 am no fee. After 8 am a $25 fee will be charged. With 2 hours or less notice, a $50 fee will be charged.

New clients are required to pay a $25 deposit. A link will be sent and must be paid within 1 hour of making an appointment. If not paid appointment will be canceled without notice.
